Job Responsibilities
1.Build an omni-channel AI growth technology system: Lead the development and iteration of core backend architecture for product user growth. Take charge of the design and development of core systems including global customer acquisition via SEO/GEO, social sharing & viral growth, user behavior attribution, AI-powered multilingual translation and global growth infrastructure, to build a scalable growth middle platform supporting rapid trial-and-error and reusable capabilities.
2.Implement AI-enabled growth innovation: Break conventional R&D mindsets. Leverage the characteristics of 3D+AI products to explore innovative growth scenarios such as AI intelligent customer acquisition, AI viral campaign mechanisms, AI content translation, AI user segmentation and AI intelligent attribution. Address core pain points in traffic acquisition, user activation and retention growth with AI technologies, and deliver pioneering growth solutions for the industry.
3.Develop foundational growth infrastructure: Independently build and optimize core infrastructure including growth A/B experiment platform, viral task middle platform, data attribution middle platform, traffic risk control system and internationalization adaptation infrastructure. Unify general growth capabilities to empower the team to iterate diverse growth tactics quickly and conduct business trial-and-error efficiently.
4.Ensure stability of high-concurrency growth systems: Cope with high-concurrency challenges such as regional traffic surges worldwide, large-scale user viral spread and massive user access. Conduct system performance optimization, capacity planning and disaster recovery construction, proactively troubleshoot online incidents, fix technical defects and remedy business vulnerabilities to guarantee stable and efficient operation of the entire growth link.
5.Drive innovation proactively instead of passive task execution: Go beyond fulfilling predetermined requirements. Proactively identify growth opportunities and technical optimization points, conduct independent research, project initiation and delivery of innovative growth initiatives. Cooperate with product, operation, algorithm and overseas teams for implementation, and summarize reusable engineering methodologies for growth business.

岗位职责
1、搭建全域AI增长技术体系：负责产品用户增长核心后端架构建设与迭代，主导SEO/GEO全球流量获客、社交分享裂变、用户行为归因、多语言智能翻译、全球化增长基建等核心系统的设计与开发，打造可快速试错、可规模化复用的增长技术中台；
2、AI赋能增长创新落地：跳出传统研发思维，基于3D+AI产品特性，探索AI智能获客、AI裂变玩法、AI内容翻译、AI用户分层、AI智能归因等全新增长场景，用AI技术解决流量获取、用户激活、留存增长的核心痛点，落地行业创新的增长解决方案；
3、打造增长底层基建：独立负责增长实验平台（A/B测试）、裂变任务中台、数据归因中台、流量风控体系、国际化适配基建的搭建与优化，统一增长通用能力，支撑团队快速迭代各类增长玩法、高效完成业务试错；
4、高并发增长系统稳定性保障：直面全球多地域流量爆发、大规模用户裂变、海量用户访问等高并发场景，负责系统性能优化、容量规划、容灾建设，主动排查线上问题、修复技术短板、补齐业务漏洞，保障增长链路稳定高效；
5、自驱落地创新，拒绝被动搬砖：不局限于交付现有需求，主动挖掘产品增长机会、技术优化空间，自主调研、立项、落地增长创新项目，联动产品、运营、算法、海外团队推进落地，沉淀可复用的增长工程方法论。
任职要求
Job Requirements
1.Solid technical foundation: Over 3 years of backend development experience, proficient in either Golang or Java mainstream development language. Possess robust foundational knowledge of concurrency, network communication and distributed storage, capable of independently completing architecture design and implementation for complex systems.
2.Mastery of distributed technology stack: Familiar with core technologies including distributed transactions, eventual consistency, rate limiting & circuit breaking, and message delivery reliability. Skilled in middleware such as MySQL, Redis and message queues, with deep understanding of underlying principles and disaster recovery solutions, able to troubleshoot complex production incidents independently.
3.Agile thinking with strong capability for innovative implementation: Break rigid traditional R&D mindsets, maintain sharp business acumen, dive deep into user growth strategies, and resolve practical business pain points via technical means and AI tools.
4.Reliable delivery and outstanding self-motivation: Adopt full ownership mindset, proactively drive project progress, flag risks, and close optimization loops. Possess excellent proactive communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally for complex project delivery efficiently.
5.Inclusive for varied backgrounds: Candidates with experience in traffic growth, SEO/GEO, viral referral, user attribution, multilingual internationalization, growth infrastructure or growth hacking are preferred. Candidates without prior growth experience yet equipped with strong learning agility, passion for technical innovation and commitment to the AI growth track are also warmly welcomed.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)
1.Experience in global product development, overseas SEO/GEO traffic operation, cross-border viral campaigns or multi-language system construction.
2.Independently built growth infrastructure such as A/B experiment platform, attribution system, user viral middle platform or internationalized translation system.
3.Practical delivery experience in AI-enabled business transformation, intelligent growth, AI content optimization and refined user operation.
4.Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, multi-region deployment and disaster recovery architecture, with experience in architecture iteration for high-concurrency internet products.
