We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and tracking of our global marketing initiatives. In this role, you will handle hands-on tactical execution including social media posting, localized content distribution, competitor monitoring, SEO/SEM tasks, and performance analytics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Posting & Channel Management
Draft, schedule, and publish content across all international social media channels according to the master editorial calendar.
Monitor daily engagement, respond to community comments, and manage audience interactions in a timely manner.
Escalate urgent press mentions or customer issues to senior leadership.
2. SEO & Digital Operations
Conduct routine keyword research and on-page SEO audits.
Implement site updates, optimize meta tags, and support link-building activities.
Track search engine rankings and technical site performance across primary international markets.
3. Competitive Intelligence & Research
Perform monthly audits of competitors’ marketing activities, campaigns, and advertising in key regions.
Compile clear research summaries and briefings on market trends and emerging developments.
4. Local Branding Support
Collaborated with overseas local business teams to localize campaigns, produced marketing collateral, and managed content distribution across regional channels.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Extract and analyze performance data from Google Analytics, seo/geo monitoring platforms (SEMrush) and social channels on a monthly basis.
Maintain and update master reporting dashboards.
Support preparation of data and collateral for executive and board presentations.
6. Agency & Administrative Support
Process vendor invoices and track purchase orders.
Monitor agency deliverables and timelines.

1.Technical Skills
Proficiency with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar)
Strong experience with Google Analytics
Familiarity with SEO platforms (Semrush, Ahrefs)
Comfortable working in WordPress or similar CMS
Familiar with popular AI tools and great at using them to increase working efficiency

Excellent written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English communication skills
Exceptional organizational abilities and sharp attention to detail
