Key Responsibilities | 核心职责
• Lead end-to-end HR operations across Germany and Europe — onboarding, payroll, compliance, employee relations.
• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies for technical roles (algorithms, engineering, testing) in Europe.
• Ensure compliance with German labor law (BGB, Arbeitsrecht) and GDPR.
• Drive cross-cultural integration between China HQ and European team.
• Partner with business leaders as a strategic HRBP.
• Conduct market benchmarking on compensation & employer branding in Europe.
• 主导德国及欧洲HR全模块运营（入职、薪资、合规、员工关系）。
• 设计并执行欧洲技术人才招聘战略（算法、工程、测试岗位）。
• 确保符合德国劳动法（BGB、Arbeitsrecht）和GDPR。
• 推动中国总部与欧洲团队的跨文化融合。
• 作为战略HRBP与业务管理层协同。
• 开展欧洲市场薪酬对标与雇主品牌建设。
任职要求
Requirements | 任职要求
✅ Education: Bachelor's degree+ (HR, Business Admin, Psychology preferred)
✅ Experience: 8+ years HR management , with 2-3+ years in Europe/Germany
✅ Language: Chinese — Native | German — C1+ | English — Business fluent (preferred)
✅ Knowledge: German/EU labor law, GDPR, payroll, social security, visa processes
✅ Skills: Cross-cultural communication, stakeholder management, hands-on executor
✅ Bonus: Automotive / autonomous driving / tech background; Chinese company overseas experience
✅ 教育背景：本科及以上（人力资源、工商管理、心理学优先）
✅ 经验：8年以上HR管理，其中2-3年以上欧洲/德国经验
✅ 语言：中文母语 | 德语C1+ | 英语商务流利（加分）
✅ 知识：德国/欧盟劳动法、GDPR、薪资社保、签证流程
✅ 能力：跨文化沟通、 stakeholder管理、落地执行
✅ 加分：汽车/智驾/科技背景；中国企业出海经验
