Job Responsibilities
1、Drive user and revenue growth across the North American market, and develop growth strategies for key user segments and scenarios in the US and Canada.
2、Deeply understand the Gaming, 3D, AI, Creator, and Developer ecosystems, and uncover growth opportunities among AI/3D-related audiences.
3、Build a local growth network, with a focus on expanding across communities and creator ecosystems such as Reddit, Discord, YouTube, and X, as well as game studios, developer communities, universities, and industry organizations.
4、Collaborate with the internal growth team to translate local user insights into campaigns, content, creator, and partnership initiatives.
5、Continuously validate new Community / Partnership / Creator Growth / Affiliate models, and establish scalable growth playbooks for the North American market.

6. 持续验证新的 Community / Partnership / Creator Growth/affiliate 模式，并沉淀可规模化的北美增长打法。
任职要求
Qualifications
1、3+ years of experience in Growth, GTM, Partnership, or Market Development across North America.
2、Familiarity with the US internet, Gaming, AI, Developer, or Creator Economy ecosystems.
3、Familiarity with North American communities and content ecosystems such as Reddit, Discord, and YouTube, with hands-on growth or operations experience.
4、Existing resources among game studios, creators, developer communities, universities, or industry partnerships is a plus.
5、Experience in developing new growth channels or local partner networks is preferred.
6、Strong data and business judgment skills, with English as a working language.
