Job Responsibilities
1、Drive user and revenue growth across Europe, and define market priorities and growth strategies for key countries including the UK, Germany, and France.
2、Deeply understand content consumption patterns in key European markets, and build local networks of KOLs, KOCs, Affiliates, vertical media, and industry partners to continuously uncover growth opportunities.
3、Drive deep localization for English, German, and French markets, including SEO content, creator content, landing pages, campaigns, and partnerships.
4、Collaborate with the internal growth team to explore region-specific growth approaches and scale successful models across markets.
岗位职责
1. 负责欧洲用户及收入增长，制定 UK、Germany、France 等重点国家的市场优先级和增长策略。
2. 深入理解欧洲重点国家在内容消费，拓展当地KOL、KOC、Affiliate、垂直媒体及行业合作伙伴，持续挖掘增长点；
3. 推动英语、德语、法语等市场在 SEO Content、Creator Content、Landing Page、Campaign 和 Partnership 上的深度本地化。
4. 联动增长内部团队团队，探索 本土区域特有增长方式，并将成功模式规模化。
任职要求
Qualifications
1、3+ years of experience in Regional Growth, GTM, Marketing, or Partnership across Europe.
2、Proven growth experience in at least two core European markets, such as the UK, Germany, or France.
3、Familiarity with the European Creator, Gaming, Design, SaaS, or Developer ecosystems.
4、Strong understanding of multi-language content, SEO, creator, and local media ecosystems in Europe.
5、Experience in scaling growth models across countries or building local partnerships.
6、Fluent in English, with proficiency in at least one local language such as German, French, or Spanish preferred.
任职要求
