Job Responsibilities
1、Drive user and revenue growth across Japan, Korea, and key Asia-Pacific markets, and develop market-specific Growth Playbooks for each country.
2、Deeply understand local platforms and content ecosystems, including X, LINE, and YouTube in Japan, as well as Naver, Kakao, YouTube, Instagram, and other local channels in Korea, to continuously uncover growth opportunities across vertical channel coverage.
3、Build local networks of KOCs, KOLs, Creators, Agencies, Affiliate media, and industry partners in Japan and Korea, driving content collaborations, affiliate marketing, and community growth.
4、Drive deep localization for the Japanese and Korean markets, including content localization, landing pages, creator content, and advertising campaigns.
5、Collaborate with the internal growth team to explore region-specific growth approaches and scale successful models across markets.
岗位职责
1. 负责日本、韩国及重点亚太市场的用户及收入增长，制定不同国家独立的 Growth Playbook。
2. 深入当地平台及内容生态：包括日本 X、LINE、YouTube 等，以及韩国 Naver、Kakao、YouTube、Instagram 等本土渠道，持续挖掘垂类渠道覆盖的增长机会。
3. 建立日本、韩国本土 KOC、KOL、Creator、Agency、Affiliate媒体及行业合作伙伴网络，推动内容合作、联盟营销和社区增长；
4. 推动日语、韩语市场从内容表达本地化、Landing Page、Creator Content、广告宣传的深度本地化；
5. 联动增长内部团队团队，探索 本土区域特有增长方式，并将成功模式规模化。
任职要求
Qualifications
1、3+ years of experience in Growth, GTM, Localization, Partnership, or related fields across Japan, Korea, or the broader Asia-Pacific region.
2、Hands-on, in-depth experience in at least one of the Japan or Korea markets, with a preference for candidates who also understand the other market.
3、Familiarity with the local internet ecosystems and user behavior in Japan (e.g., X / LINE) or Korea (e.g., Naver / Kakao).
4、Existing industry resources among creators, agencies, media, and affiliates in Japan/Korea is a plus.
5、Strong sensitivity to the Asian content ecosystem, including industries related to AI and 3D.
6、Japanese or Korean as a working language is preferred; English proficiency sufficient for cross-team collaboration is required.
