We are looking for an AI-native Social Media Growth Engineer who has a proven track record of driving measurable social media growth for overseas markets. This role will leverage social media as a channel and content as the vehicle, focusing on promoting the tool pages, marketing campaigns, and satellite sites built by the Growth Engineering team — driving off-platform traffic, user feedback, and business conversions for Tripo.
You will be responsible for:
1、Developing content and distribution strategies for platforms such as X (Twitter), Reddit, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, based on the product and target audience.
Building AI-powered content workflows to rapidly transform product capabilities, user cases, and trends into platform-native content.
2、Overseeing the positioning, cold start, day-to-day operation, and account matrix development of overseas organic content accounts.
3、Actively engaging in comment sections and relevant community discussions to gather user feedback, needs, and content insights.
4、Collaborating with creators, communities, and agencies to expand additional distribution channels.
5、Tracking social-media-driven traffic, usage, registrations, and paid conversions, and continuously optimizing content strategy accordingly.

任职要求
We are looking for someone who:
1、Has hands-on experience building and using AI content or automated workflows.
2、Has achieved verifiable results in traffic, user growth, or conversions on at least one major overseas social media platform.
3、Has experience cold-starting organic content accounts from scratch and managing them over the long term.
4、Understands the content ecosystem, community guidelines, and distribution mechanisms of overseas social media platforms.
5、Possesses strong content judgment, data awareness, and the ability to execute independently.
6、Is capable of overseas content operations and English communication.
Experience with overseas social media account matrices, AI tools, independent products, gaming, or 3D content is a plus.
