PR Execution for Major Milestones: Oversee full-cycle PR campaigns for product launches, financing announcements, research breakthroughs and executive personnel adjustments, covering topic planning, media pitching, confidentiality control, exclusive interview coordination, release scheduling and article quality management.
3. Spokesperson System Development: Build standardized external messaging frameworks for core management including founders, business leaders and chief scientists, deliver spokesperson training, and coordinate all executive exposure such as in-depth profiles, industry speeches, panel discussions and featured interviews.
4. Industry Brand Building: Manage planning and execution for global tech awards, authoritative rankings and industry summits, and accumulate industrial brand assets through award participation.
5. Crisis PR Management: Develop localized graded emergency response plans targeting AI industry risks including data compliance, tech ethics and copyright disputes, and lead PR-side emergency handling amid unexpected incidents.
6. Data Monitoring & Review: Build an all-channel media sentiment monitoring system to track brand voice share, article quality scores and competitors’ PR activities, and deliver post-project review reports for all major PR initiatives.
7. Cross-department Collaboration: Partner with R&D, product, growth, brand and business teams to identify key business milestones in advance and translate corporate achievements into PR materials and brand assets.

4. 行业品牌建设：统筹国内外科技奖项、权威榜单、行业峰会参评规划与落地执行，依托奖项评选持续积累品牌行业资产。
5. 危机公关管控：围绕AI行业的数据合规、技术伦理、版权纠纷等风险搭建本土化危机预案与分级响应机制，突发事件中牵头公关端应急处置。
6. 数据监测复盘：搭建全域媒体声量监测体系，跟踪品牌声量占比、稿件质量评级、竞品公关动态，针对各重大公关项目输出结案复盘报告。
7. 跨部门协同：联动研发、产品、增长、品牌、商务团队，前置梳理业务关键节点，将企业里程碑转化为公关传播素材与品牌资产。
任职要求
1. Over 8 years of working experience in PR and brand communication, with proven track record of end-to-end management of major PR projects for tech companies including financing events, flagship product launches, research breakthroughs and IPOs; experience in AI, SaaS, consumer tech or internet industries is preferred.
2. Established connections with journalists and editors from mainstream domestic finance & tech media and top overseas business & tech media, capable of independently coordinating story pitches and securing article publications.
3. Proficient in written business English and Chinese, able to produce full sets of PR materials independently including Chinese & English press releases, pitch emails and executive interview outlines.
4. Hands-on experience managing complex public opinions and crisis PR, capable of rapid situation assessment and rolling out PR decisions and response plans during emergencies.
5. Skilled at using public opinion monitoring tools and AI assistants for media tracking, content creation, trending topic analysis and communication data analysis.
6. Flexible for cross-regional and cross-timezone collaboration: available for business trips to meet offline media contacts domestically; able to work European and American hours to align with overseas media schedules for international PR matters.
1. 8年及以上公关/品牌传播从业经历，完整操盘科技企业融资、产品重磅发布、科研突破、上市等重大公关项目；拥有AI、SaaS、消费科技、互联网相关行业经验优先。
2. 拥有国内主流财经科技媒体、海外一线商业科技媒体记者编辑人脉资源，可独立完成选题对接与稿件推送落地。
3. 精通中英商务书面用语，能独立撰写中英文新闻稿、推介邮件、高管采访提纲等全套PR文案。
4. 拥有复杂舆情、危机公关实操案例，可在突发场景快速研判、落地公关决策与处置方案。
5. 熟练使用舆情监测、AI辅助工具，用于媒体监控、内容生成、热点研判、传播数据分析。
6. 适配弹性协作：国内业务可配合异地出差对接线下媒体；涉外业务可适配欧美跨时区办公，配合海外媒体作息沟通。
