About the Role
We're looking for a Regional Organic Growth & Creator Marketing Lead to build Tripo's local creator ecosystem and drive sustainable organic growth in your market.
This role owns how creators discover, experience, and advocate for Tripo locally. You'll combine creator marketing, community building, social media, KOL partnerships, localized GTM, and offline presence to establish Tripo as a leading AI 3D creation platform within the regional creator ecosystem.
Success in this role means growing creator mindshare, building long-term creator relationships, and driving scalable organic user growth.
1. Organic Growth
- Own Tripo's regional organic growth strategy across creator communities, social media, KOLs, and creator-native platforms.
- Identify and experiment with scalable organic acquisition channels to drive awareness, user acquisition, engagement, retention, and advocacy.
- Continuously improve Tripo's local brand presence and creator mindshare.
2. Creator Marketing & Ecosystem
- Build and grow Tripo's local creator ecosystem by recruiting, supporting, and collaborating with creators, influencers, studios, agencies, educators, moderators, and community leaders.
- Develop creator programs, advocacy initiatives, creator campaigns, and long-term partnerships.
- Turn creators into ambassadors who actively create, share, and promote Tripo.
3. Community & Social Media
- Grow and engage local communities across Discord, Reddit, X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other creator-native platforms.
- Lead local social media strategy and community engagement through meaningful conversations rather than one-way broadcasting.
- Encourage creator interaction, user-generated content, and peer-to-peer support.
4. Localized GTM & Marketing
- Execute localized go-to-market campaigns for product launches and major features.
- Adapt global messaging for regional audiences.
- Collaborate on creator stories, tutorials, social campaigns, case studies, KOL activations, and educational content that resonate with local creators.
5. Local Presence & Market Insights
- Represent Tripo through creator meetups, workshops, conferences, universities, hackathons, and industry events.
- Build partnerships with local communities, organizations, and ecosystem partners.
- Act as the voice of the local market by collecting creator feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence, helping shape product and growth strategies.

- Experience in organic growth, creator marketing, community, influencer/KOL marketing, growth marketing, partnerships, regional operations, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of creator communities and social platforms such as Discord, Reddit, YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok, and other creator ecosystems.
- Experience building creator communities, growing social media, running creator or KOL campaigns, or driving organic user growth.
- Passion for AI, 3D, gaming, VR/XR, 3D printing, design software, digital content creation, or the creator economy.
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution ability and willingness to build from scratch.
- Fluent English is required; proficiency in the local language is highly preferred.
