岗位职责
Key Responsibilities:
1.领导并管理由多学科科学家组成的团队，负责团队扩充、培训及日常运营工作，确保团队遵守环境、健康与安全（EH&S）规范及运营要求。
Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of scientists, responsible for team expansion, training, and daily operations. Ensure compliance with EH&S and operational requirements.
2.优化免疫疾病与炎症平台现有的体内检测方法，开发新的技术能力，以满足不断变化的市场需求。
Optimize the existing in vivo assay on Immunological disease and inflammation platforms and develop new capabilities to meet evolving market demands.
3.在全球范围内培育并拓展客户群，与业务拓展及营销团队协作推广平台服务。
Cultivate and expand the customer base on a global scale, promoting platform services through collaboration with the business development and marketing teams.
4.与部门、事业部及公司内部各职能部门的同事高效协作，提升客户服务质量并搭建业务能力。
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across various functions within the department, division, and company to enhance client services and build capabilities.
5.与全球业务合作伙伴建立并保持高效沟通与良好关系，深化与内外部客户的业务联结。
Establish and maintain productive communication and relationships with worldwide business partners, fostering strong business ties with internal and external clients.
6.紧跟免疫学与炎症研究领域的最新科学进展及行业趋势。
Stay current with the latest scientific advancements and industry trends in immunology and inflammation research.
7.为业务拓展团队及客户提供科学支持，与全球团队密切协作，解答关于药明生物体内研究能力及数据资料的相关问询。
Provide scientific support to Business Development teams and clients, addressing inquiries about WuXi Biology’s in vivo capabilities and data packages, working closely with the global team.

Qualifications:
1.生物科学相关专业博士学位，拥有10年以上体内药理学领域行业经验，研究方向聚焦免疫学与炎症方向。
Ph.D. in biological sciences, with over 10 years of industry experience in in vivo pharmacology, specifically within the areas of immunology and inflammation.
2.在动物实验、炎症与免疫研究领域拥有丰富的论文发表记录，具备工业界实验设计与落地执行的成熟经验。
A strong track record of publications in animal studies, inflammation and immune research, along with demonstrated experience in experimental design and execution within an industrial setting.
3.具备丰富的多种免疫与炎症疾病体内模型实操经验。
Extensive experience with a variety of in vivo models of immunological and inflammatory diseases.
4.深入掌握细胞信号通路相关知识，熟悉前沿技术。
In-depth knowledge of cellular signaling pathways and familiarity with cutting-edge technologies.
5.具备熟练的中英双语沟通能力。
Proficiency in both English and Chinese communication.
6.能够对接庞大客户群并与灵活的支持团队协作，推动业务稳健增长。
Ability to work with a large customer base and a dynamic supporting team to drive robust business growth.
7.具备工业环境下出色的领导力与人员管理能力。
Strong leadership and people management skills in an industrial setting.
