1. Lead the exploration of new capabilities in radiolabeling synthesis and resolve technical challenges encountered during research.
2. Manage radiolabeling synthesis projects and ensure timely delivery of products.
3. Drive technical improvements, and provide both laboratory and lecture training to team members.
4. Comply with all internal and external regulations, and ensure compliant record keeping.
5. Prepare external promotional materials and scientific publications (journal articles, patents, etc.).
任职要求
1. Ph.D. in a related science discipline with at least 2 years, or master with at least 5 years working experience, or equivalent experience.
2. Strong hands-on experience with radiolabeling synthesis at preclinical and/or clinical stage.
3. Must be able to openly share information and work in a team-oriented manner in order to accomplish performance objectives.
4. Skillful at reading, understanding, writing, and oral communication in both English and Chinese.
