Job Responsibilities
1、In-Depth AI 3D Content Production: Produce highly professional Tripo deep-dive tutorials and comparative reviews of similar 3D tools (covering professional dimensions such as topology, UVs, materials, and rendering) within the knowledge framework of senior experts. The content must offer sufficient depth and authority — serving both SEO organic traffic and serving as high-quality GEO content assets citable by generative engines.
2、AI-Driven Production Efficiency: Improve the creation efficiency and scalable output of in-depth content by building and iterating RAG knowledge bases and leveraging AI capabilities.
3、Professional Review + AI Review Development: Review content produced by other colleagues from a technical art perspective to uphold professional quality; simultaneously explore and build AI-assisted review capabilities to improve review efficiency and consistency.
4、Mass Production of Visual Assets + Technology Tracking: Scale up the production of renderings, operation screenshots, and demo assets; continuously track the latest AI 3D industry technologies to steadily improve asset quality and output capacity.
5、Content Maintenance & SEO/GEO Optimization: Continuously monitor, update, and iterate published content, balancing traditional SEO with GEO optimization targeting LLM citation, to maximize content's traffic-driving impact across both search engines and generative engines.
岗位职责
1. AI 3D 深度内容产出:在资深专家的知识体系下,产出高专业性的 Tripo 深度教程与同类 3D 工具效果评测(从拓扑、UV、材质、渲染等专业维度)。内容需具备足够深度与权威性,既服务 SEO 自然流量,也作为可被生成式引擎引用的 GEO 优质内容资产。
2. AI 驱动生产提效:通过搭建并迭代 RAG 知识库等方式,结合 AI 能力提升深度内容的创作效率与规模化产出。
3. 专业审核 + AI 审核建设:以技术美术视角审核其他同事产出的内容,把控专业质量;同时探索建设 AI 辅助审核能力,提升审核效率与一致性。
4. 视觉素材量产 + 技术跟进:规模化产出渲染图、操作截图、演示素材等;持续跟进 AI 3D 行业最新技术,不断提升素材质量与产能。
5. 内容维护与 SEO / GEO 优化:对已发布内容持续监测、更新、迭代,兼顾传统 SEO 与面向大模型引用的 GEO 优化,最大化内容在搜索引擎与生成式引擎中的引流效果。
任职要求
Hard Requirements
1、Solid foundation in 3D modeling / materials / rendering, familiar with Blender or comparable tools, and able to evaluate AI 3D model quality from a professional perspective (topology, UVs, precision, etc.).
2、Excellent bilingual writing skills in Chinese and English, able to independently produce well-structured, professionally accurate in-depth tutorials and reviews.
3、Familiarity with mainstream AI / large model tools, with experience or a strong willingness to learn in RAG, AI-assisted content production/review.
4、Basic understanding of or strong interest in SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
Nice-to-Have
1、Experience in producing technical blogs, 3D/CG tutorials, or tool reviews, or in community operations;
2、Hands-on experience with SEO/GEO, RAG knowledge bases, or building AI workflows;
3、Familiarity with AI 3D generation products (e.g., Tripo, Meshy, Rodin, etc.).
硬性要求
1. 具备 3D 建模 / 材质 / 渲染基础,熟悉 Blender 或同类工具,能从专业维度评测 AI 3D 模型质量(拓扑、UV、精度等)。
2. 优秀的中英文写作能力,能独立产出结构清晰、专业准确的深度教程与评测。
3. 熟悉主流 AI / 大模型工具,对 RAG、AI 辅助内容生产 / 审核有经验或强烈学习意愿。
4. 对 SEO、GEO(生成式引擎优化)有基础认知或浓厚兴趣。
