1. Take charge of video editing for the AI 3D brand, covering all types of videos such as TVCs, product promotional videos, function demo clips, tutorial videos and short social media videos.
2. Independently complete the full production workflow from rough cut, fine cut to final delivery, including footage editing, sound design, subtitle layout, color grading and export.
3. Cooperate with the creative team on editing TVCs and brand concept films, and control narrative pacing and emotional arcs in line with creative scripts.
4. Efficiently produce product function demos and tutorial videos, editing complex AI 3D operation workflows into clear, well-paced content.
5. Manage the video asset library, build editing templates and workflow standards to boost the team’s video production efficiency.

任职要求
1. Over 2 years of video editing experience with complete edited reels of brand promotional videos or product videos.
2. Proficient in at least one of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro, with solid foundational skills in color grading and audio processing.
3. Excellent sense of narrative pacing and understanding of cinematography, capable of infusing footage with emotion and tension through editing.
4. Familiar with content rhythms and hit video logic of short-video platforms including TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Xiaohongshu and Bilibili.
5. Hands-on experience with AI-powered editing tools such as AI subtitle generators, rough-cut AI tools and AI sound effect libraries.
6. Efficient at processing screen recording materials for product demos and tutorials to turn technical content into engaging videos.
Bonus Qualifications:
1. Experience editing TVCs and commercials with a solid grasp of commercial video narrative structures.
2. Basic proficiency in After Effects motion graphics to independently deliver simple visual packaging.
3. Video production experience in tech, AI or gaming industries.
4. Capable of producing bilingual Chinese-English subtitles to support overseas content releases.
